The Greatness of America

The Greatness of America

The United States has been a Super Power since World War I. It still is today, even if many don’t see it as one anymore. Until recently we had the strongest and most stabile economy and the strongest and most effective military. Both our economy and military are slipping now, but they won’t slip too far and they will both recover.

Our economy has held an unfair advantage over most of the world because of the free market. Individuals who are willing to work hard and put their hard earned savings at risk to provide goods or services to those who are willing to pay for it have built our economy to a level the rest of the world envies. The free market with low taxes and minimal government intervention is the secret to a successful thriving economy.

Our government is made up of elected officials who govern based on their understanding of how our economy works. Our Founding Fathers created a system of government that has survived and thrived for more than two hundred years. Our free market economy has fueled our freedom and our greatness. There are times when the free market slips and stumbles because those who are part of that economy feel that freedom is slipping. That is a short term problem our system of government requires that an election is held every 2 years to reelect or fire Congressmen and women and every six years to reelect or fire Senators. Every four years we get to elect a new president or fire an old one.

Leadership is one quality that has caused candidates to shine or fade in public opinion. Leaders who demonstrate an understanding of the free market economy and of the benefits of the United States being a Super Power will always shine and stand tall in the eyes of most of the electorate.

The Greatness of America depends on leaders who understand how the free market works. Most of the electorate understand it and will vote for candidates who demonstrate that understanding.

This country is great because of the freedoms we enjoy. Our military fought for those freedoms and sacrificed for them. The electorate is not so stupid to elect or reelect those who don’t embrace the free market and recognize the value of self reliance and achieving success. Our greatness is not the result of redistribution of wealth. We have achieved greatness in spite of redistribution. We have in the past and we will again. The elecotate understands how the economy needs to work and they can tell who to vote for.

Our free market economy is a coiled spring ready to spring back to success and growth when the shackles of excessive government regulation and the burden of excessive taxes are removed. The economy will spring forward and allow our greatness to achieve new heights.

Our military is always present and ready to defend freedom and fight oppression.

Election Day is coming and the electorate is ready.

Be informed and vote!!!!
