Government is Too Big

Government is Too Big

Recent surveys indicate that a very high percentage of the population is uncomfortable with big government. Our Founding Fathers intended for our Federal Government to have limited powers. Big government can’t do anything for the masses that’s beneficial to each individual.

Too much government is seen as a threat. Government should reluctantly perform the tasks that must be done for the common good of all of us. Government should not become such a large part of everyone’s life. Government is the hands of politicians is becoming too scary.

We are past the tipping point where Government is taking too much from us and doing too little for us. The voters are starting to rebel. As time passed and government became overrun by politicians taxes have risen too far, spending has gone out of control and promises of what government will do for all of us stretched far beyond government’s ability to pay for.

Politician’s are not smart enough to see past their impractical attempts to buy votes by giving away government benefits and services. They are also not smart enough to anticipate the unforeseen consequences of their actions.

Taxes are so high and they threaten to raise them even more to pay for some of what we need, a lot of what we don’t need and, a whole lot of what they promised, but what we can’t afford.

Big government must make itself smaller and it must work at controlling what they spend. Politicians can’t do it. Leaders can and will do it. On election day we have to make use of the polls that show more voters are worried about the risks of Big Government and Vote for Leader who challenger politicians for office.

Big Government is a bad thing. Politicians are not interested in solving problems, they are too concerned with their own reelection. Reelection is as bad as Big Government.

Read, Think, and vote. Our Freedom and Security depends on it.
