Stimulus

Stimulus

A big topic in the news lately is stimulus. As we all get a bit older we look for more stimuli in our lives. When we were younger we were easily stimulated almost anything would serve that purpose. The right music, a good or for that matter even a bad book, sunshine, rain, a stiff breeze. We were very easily stimulated by just about anything. Stimulus keeps us healthy and happy and involved.

Unfortunately now the stimulus they’re discussing involves elected and appointed officials in our government. The way they threaten to stimulate us is to take some of our hard earned money and some of the money they make up in the back room and piss it into the wind to stimulate you, me and the economy. These elected and appointed mentally and fiscally challenged morons have again missed the target. Confiscating our taxes and redirecting them to stimulate a study in a state to analyze the effect of pornography on nuns might not stimulate anything other than the organization that creates the pornography, and the low life bum masquerading as a nun just to get paid to be in the study and see some free pornography. So the pornographers got stimulated to sell some really bad porn, the low life bum masquerading as a nun got the bejeesus stimulated out of him by the really bad porn and the campaign contributor who is represented by the elected extortionist who initiated the legislation and snuck it into the stimulus bill, got paid to do the alleged study. The study was to watch the low life bum watch the porn.

Somebody please kiss me because I just got stimulated against my will. If any of you think I made up that scene, don’t look it up, just take my word for it, and if I did make it up, how far away from reality is it? Not much, the only fictional character in that story was the low life bum masquerading as a nun, and on any given day that part can and probably is played by the elected extortionist. The campaign contributor can’t play that part, because that’s what he or she is every day, a low life bum shoveling money at borderline criminals.

How else are they stimulating our economy? Pumping tons of money into the pockets of well connected individuals to keep the Ponzi schemes flowing is not a bad way to gain part ownership of an elected or appointed extortionist. Elected extortionists create individualized Ponzi schemes and sneak them into legislation in back rooms late at night when no one important is looking so their constituents gain a benefit by owning a piece of formerly worthless land that will now house a “Green” Pharmaceutical Company / Toxic Waste Treatment Facility subsidize by our tax dollars. This was easily accomplished by investing in the campaign of a borderline criminal who couldn’t find honest work in this challenged economy. They couldn’t find an honest job so they ran for office. So a small investment of ill-gotten gains to the campaign of a borderline criminal is repaid by shady legislation to create a thinly disguised piece of stimulus to cement the elected extortionist in that elected position. John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, and Ben Franklyn just rolled over in their respective graves. This is not quite what they had in mind when they set this whole thing up.

As we try to find a way to apologize to our Founding Fathers for how we stimulated their hard work, let’s see how else we are being stimulated. The paid economists on the government payroll who analyze the data coming in and out of the government are all being stimulated. Some of them are being paid to inform us honestly how productively our stimulus is serving us. Some of them are analyzing the data generated by the first group of analysts and telling us that the first group is crazy, we have not been stimulated we have been abused carnally and our virtue has been stolen. Then there is another group who has a different opinion that says we weren’t abused as badly as they say, but we will be in 10 years.

These are the only real jobs created by the stimulus. Some of these analysts are honest and genuine; some are paid to “sell” one point of view, some are dazed and confused and couldn’t fine an accurate statistic if it bit them in a soft fleshy part of their body. However we have to listen to all of them and try to make sense out of all of them at the same time. Some say it hurts, some say it feels good and some say they think its ok but they need a shower afterwards and will lie about it in the morning any way.

Fortunately we have the media to help us sort things out. The media is the public watch dog to make sure we all have a complete and honest picture of reality. They will look at all points of view, tear the details apart and dig for dirt and find the truth and share it with all of us. A dictionary informs us that The Fourth Estate (Journalism) is responsible for advocating for the common man, as well as framing issues so that the common man can understand them. Our media in this country today do such a good job for us every day.

Look how deep our media digs into the details of the Stimulus our elected and appointed extortionists force feed us every day and inform us just how badly we are being stimulated. Listen to the outrage they’re reporting on, listen to how they’re stimulating the widows and orphans of this country. Especially listen to how the media stands up for the working men and women of this country and informs us of the back room deals and the low life bums masquerading around as nuns watching porn for you and for me.

I think I was just stimulated again. Well maybe the media needs to improve their reporting and their outrage; I think they lost most of their outrage when George W. left office. They need to find some more of their outrage and direct it to the public good and serve us a bit. We can only stand to be stimulated by our elected officials and not our watchdogs as well.

I just got a brain cramp trying to understand this. I will sit back and gently stimulate my temples until the pain goes away.
