Term Limits

Term Limits

Our elected and appointed empty suits spend way too much time in office. Part of it’s their fault, but most of it’s our fault. We let the lying bastards talk us into reelecting them, even though we know they failed to earn their paychecks and do what was in our best interest. Term limits are a difficult concept, because some voters want to have some influence over their representatives. Unfortunately too many people who don’t have the voter’s best interest in mind want more influence than the voters do. To help most of you come to a realistic impartial opinion on term limits I have done an informal study and want to share the results with you.

When was the last time you saw the phrase “Freshman Senator” and arrested, or convicted, or investigated, in the same sentence? How about “Rookie Congressman investigated for influence peddling”? For the first or even the second term in office these brain dead mental midgets are trying to find the public facilities, not picking our pockets; yet. Keep in mind if they had a marketable skill or a talent of some kind, they would be out making an honest living. They don’t have any of those things so they run for office to retire early and avoid being forced to submit to Obamacare.

It takes a couple of years and some exposure to the wicked ways of government for these untrained, underequipped, future white collar criminals to learn their trade. Willie Sutton didn’t rob a bank on his first time out; it took a couple of years of petty larceny for him to get his act together. Since one of Willie’s aliases was Slick Willie, how appropriate is he for this discussion, his methods fit the profile we’re discussing. As a country we can survive the petty larceny these hooligans inflict on us during their first and second terms in office, but beyond that we have to throw the bums out. My apologies to any legitimate bums out there reading this.

From past experience and observation we know those individuals in public office are not the cream of the crop. Those who can make an honest living and have the ability to be effective in whatever they’ve chosen to do in life are busy doing that. Those without any marketable skills or talents run for office. They do lean toward the ability to manipulate their appearance and their résumé to provide the illusion of competence and likability, but when you get right down to it, you can’t shine shit. Stinky is as stinky does. Since these men and women fail to excel at anything productive, their learning skills also lag behind the rest of the population. It’ll take most of their first term in office to learn what’s available to misappropriate and part of their second term to conspire and commit the petty larceny required to consummate their position as a public servant. At this point they’ll have exhausted their productive usefulness to the community and should be thrown out of office and incarcerated if required (if they were silly enough to leave enough evidence behind and some of these cretins most certainly will have).

Our goal as a voting public is to limit these Public parasites to only committing misdemeanor offenses. One of the basic distinctions between felony offenses and misdemeanor offenses is a sentence of one year or more for felonies and less than a year for misdemeanors. It will help reduce the deficit if we can limit their sentences to under a year; they’ve ripped us off enough while in office. Let’s do our best to minimize their post office sentences / expenses too.

These under achieving public servants come into office to do their best to feather their own nests, because pilfering the public piggy bank is easier than earning a honest living among the rif raf also known as; taxpayers, the voting public, constituents, the “individuals who we hope are too stupid to catch my hand in their pockets”. The elected empty suit wants to make a profit from public service and to continue to make a profit until the obscene government  pension kicks in to allow them to live off the profits of their ill gotten gains and the pension (double dipping larceny).

When it’s time to vote please exercise your term limitation options. Learn the word incumbent, and then pull the other switch. At this point party is irrelevant, we must throw the bums out. Again my apologies to any legitimate bums who read this fine piece of literature.

Vote the Bums Out,

Gino
